Administrative and accounting duties
Handling of petty cash
Process staff reimbursement and claims
Answering of incoming calls & transferring of calls, emails and facsimiles
Printing of documents & filing
Monitoring time costs and dates
Dispatching & mailing out of letters and cheques
Keep track of company monthly expenses and bank reconciliation
Manage Director’s personal account including keeping track of bills
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Preference shall be given to applicants who are immediately available
Applicant must be literate, numerate, and articulate.
Applicant must display a good attitude, and be self-motivated individual.
Applicants with no experience may be considered, but must be willing to learn
